I'm going to assume that the old man in the bed is his father. He(Jeremy) looks so much better there, but anyway all the pictures are nice. I still want to see this show some way somehow. Thanks for sharing the pictures though.

It is indeed his father - the scene in the middle is a flashback to Pitt the Elder's deathbed twenty years earlier.

I have actually come across one set in eighteenth century France, which sounds very interesting - must go and find those books sometime (though it might be difficult as I can't remember the name of the author...).
