Author's Note: Well, this wasn't what I intended to write! Whatever, somewhat pointless angst which ended up somewhere it wasn't headed in the beginning. Could be taken as happening before To Offer Solace - same time frame (between Granada's Casebook and Memoirs), and I mentioned injuries in that fic.
